3. Purpose of the treatment of your personal data<\/strong>
\nThe purposes of the treatment for which the personal data are intended consist of carrying out the accounting, fiscal and administrative management according to the stipulated service, the sending of information that is requested, and commercial communications about products, services, offers, promotions and news of your interest<\/p>\n

The legal basis of the treatment, according to the GDPR, is based on the following conditions:
\na) the interested party gives his consent for the treatment of his personal data for one or several specific purposes;
\nb) the treatment is necessary for the execution of a contract in which the interested party is a party or for the application of pre-contractual measures at the latter’s request;
\nAccording to the provisions of art.13.c of the GDPR, treatment based on consent will assume that the existence of the right to withdraw it, at any time, will not affect the lawfulness of treatment based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
\nIt should be noted that, in the case of requesting a service, it cannot be provided if the necessary data is not provided to be able to carry it out.
