Youth Activism for Equality, Personal and Planetary Health. Ecofeminism: YAPThis project engages young people in the co-creation and exchange of knowledge and resources using the principles of ecofeminism for a more sustainable world, employing artistic methods and theater practices. It promotes a holistic approach to self-care, empowering participants to prioritize their health while fostering a strong sense of belonging and inspiring them to drive positive change within their communities and among their peers.
DURATION: 19 months from 01/12/2024 to 30/06/2026
MAIN OBJECTIVE: To support young people’s agency for a more sustainable world through eco-feminist principles.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
• To foster transnational peer learning and capacity building of partners and grassroots organisations on equality, care and environmental sustainability.
• To create and share knowledge and resources on eco-feminism, menstrual cycle awareness and well-being for young people.
• To support young people’s health and empowerment through arts, culture, and self-care practices.
• To activate collective awareness and civic engagement of youngsters to support the cyclical life of humans and nature.
