Discover the transformative power of laughter in our laughter therapy workshop, an experience designed to release stress, promote emotional well-being and connect with your inner joy. Aimed at young people and adults , this space offers interactive group dynamics that combine relaxation techniques, breathing, and laughter exercises for no reason, breaking the barriers of conventional laughter.
In a relaxed and trusting atmosphere, we invite you to let go of tension, connect with your body, and share moments of genuine fun with other participants. It is not necessary to have a good sense of humor, just a desire to be carried away by contagious laughter and the physical and mental benefits it brings.
No previous experience is required. Come in comfortable clothes and get ready to laugh like never before!

It’s a technological scenic-technological project and social activism with an academic impact that accompanies continuity in the post-compulsory education system. Promoted by Plàudite Teatre, in alliance with other agents.
#ACTFEM aims to take advantage of the great potential of the performing arts and digital technology to offer vulnerable young people, especially young women from complex intersectional environments, opportunities that contribute to changing their future prospects.
Over the next two years it is replicated in Europe.
PROJECT CO-FUNDED BY CREATIVE EUROPE
Duration 28 months

Neither the European Union nor EACEA can be held responsible for them.
According to the 2022 Active Population Survey (EPA), school dropout rates in Catalonia exceed 17% and especially affect young women who, in situations of intersectionality, are forced to abandon their studies.
Plàudite detects this need in the territory and proposes a solution. The pilot project begins in the 2023-24 academic year. The play they co-created is still performing in 2025. (See performances below).

“Where do the memories go?
Why you left?
Have you seen how he/she/it looked at you?
And what? If I shut up, it will hurt less?
Will he/she/it realize the love he/she/it captures?
Can the sea take away my memories like it takes away the words from the sand?
It is a new beginning, an opportunity to start from scratch, I am tired of borders; We still have to pack the kitchen things…”
Past, present and future. Ten people confront their identities, challenges, commitments, promises of love, memories. Together they meditate on who they were and who they are to invent who they will be.”
